Domestic Violence Shelter & Counseling; 806-374-5433, 1-800-749-9026, for victims or those in imminent danger of  family violence or sexual assault.   Provides bus tokens, emergency transportation, referrals for support and  permanent housing, medical, employment, child care, and legal assistance,  counseling and support groups.


Faith City Mission; 806-373-6402, The agency  provides shelter, clothing, and meals. Programs for men and women in recovery  are provided through the Family Lighthouse/Hope for Women, and Nightly  Shelter/Hope for Men Discipleship Programs.


The Salvation Army; 806-373-6631, Offers a  3-phase program providing shelter, food, and case management while client works  toward gaining employment, saving money, and securing residence.


Another Chance House; 806-372-3344,  shelter for homeless men recovering from alcohol and chemical dependencies,  homeless veterans are also provided emergency shelter.  Clients can address personal issues, work on  their skills, and receive support to seek employment.  ACH provides meals, transportation, clothing,  and assistance obtaining employment.


Downtown Women’s Center; 806-372-3625,  Long term (up to 2 years) supervised residential housing for homeless women  recovering from alcohol and/or drug addiction, and their children.  Employment, counseling, and local referrals  aid in ensuring sobriety and preventing relapse.


Texas Mental Health & Mental Retardation; 806-364-6111, Provides mental health services for adults and children  including screening, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, medication  management, supported housing, supported employment, substance abuse screening  and referral.
